Shopkeeper was beaten to the ground in Raipur

In Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur, the goons together beat up a shopkeeper fiercely. The whole controversy is related to money. The miscreants took the man out of the shop and then thrashed him on the ground. This entire incident has been captured in the CCTV camera installed nearby. The case is of DD Nagar police station area.

Bhuvaneshwar Sahu (45) has a tea and daily needs shop next to Radiant Hospital near Kushalpur over bridge. On Thursday night, 2 youths had reached his shop by bike. Here he asked for a cigarette box from Bhubaneshwar Sahu. On this the shopkeeper gave him a box of cigarettes. But the bullies started arguing with him about the rate. The bullies said to the shopkeeper – You are selling such expensive cigarettes. We wanted to complete. But for the time being give only one. Thereafter, the shopkeeper gave him a cigarette and asked for his money, but the accused again started arguing with him. He again said that you are selling one at such a high price. You don’t know who we are. We are strong here.

You don’t know us, that’s why you are asking us for money

The accused said – You do not know us, that’s why you are asking for money from us. After this conversation, a fierce dispute started between the shopkeeper and the accused. The dispute increased so much that the accused first hit the shopkeeper on the head with a stone. After this he was taken out of the shop. Then started beating on the ground. After the fight, the accused fled from there. Money and gold chain disappeared from the neck.

On the other hand, people nearby were present at the time of the incident. But no one helped the shopkeeper. Everyone was watching the spectacle. After the incident, the injured was taken to AIIMS hospital. where he was treated. He has got 7-8 stitches. Apart from this, the matter has also been complained to the police. It has also been told that since the incident, 7 thousand cash and gold chain kept in the shopkeeper’s neck are missing. The police is investigating the matter
