Raipur: Sarathi App: Now citizens will be able to send their complaints to government departments sitting at home

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will launch the Sarathi app on May 21 at the Bharose Sammelan to be held at Sankara Patan in Durg district. Through this mobile app prepared by Durg District Administration, citizens will be able to easily register and track their complaints at any time. Through this app, common citizens will be able to get solutions to problems related to various departments of the government. The complaints and problems received through this app will be promptly resolved by the concerned departments.

     The Sarathi app can be downloaded from Google Play Store through mobile. As soon as he registers through the mobile number in this app, he will get the user ID and password. In the received ID, the person will login and submit his application by marking his problem in the given format. The complaint registered through the app will be submitted to the nodal officer determined by the district administration for further action. In which the nodal officer will forward the application to the concerned department. On the application received, the concerned department will have to resolve the complaint lodged within the stipulated time. The tracking of which the applicant will be able to do through the mobile app while sitting at home.
