Collection of Tendupatta more than half of the target so far
Against the target of 16.72 lakh standard bags, 8.82 lakh standard bags were collected.

At present the collection of tendu leaves is in full swing in Chhattisgarh. According to the information received from the Managing Director State Minor Forest Produce Association Mr. Anil Rai, out of the quantity collected so far in the state, collection of 49 thousand 179 standard bags in Bijapur and 94 thousand 555 standard bags of Tendupatta in Sukma is included. Similarly, 15 thousand 630 standard sacks have been collected in Dantewada forest division, 19 thousand 446 standard sacks in Jagdalpur, 18 thousand 286 standard sacks in Dakshin Kondagaon and 24 thousand 697 standard sacks of Tendupatta in Keshkal. 17 thousand 917 standard sacks have been collected in Van Mandal Narayanpur, 51 thousand 396 standard sacks in East Bhanupratappur, 19 thousand 37 standard sacks in West Bhanupratappur, and 31 thousand 865 standard sacks in Kanker.
Similarly, 43 thousand 405 standard sacks of Tendupatta have been collected in Van Mandal Rajnandgaon, 19 thousand 686 standard sacks in Khairagarh. 17 thousand 356 standard bags in Balod, 23 thousand 126 standard bags in Kawardha, 20 thousand 492 standard bags in Forest Division Dhamtari, 76 thousand 618 standard bags in Gariaband, 63 thousand 832 standard bags in Mahasamund and 13 thousand 917 standard bags in Balodabazar were collected.
