Helpline has been started by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education from May 10 for management of stress caused by fear of examination results, guidance regarding subject and career selection in the minds of students. The helpline’s toll free number 18002334363 received about 200 calls for problem resolution. Which was resolved by subject-experts.
Through the helpline, psychologist, psychiatrist, career counselor Dr. Varsha Varvandkar, psychologist Dr. Swati Sharma, from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm, various types of questions, problems related to the examination results of the candidates and parents were resolved quickly. Along with this, proper guidance was given to the students with the help of Assistant Professors Mrs. Alka Dani, Mrs. Preeti Shukla under the guidance of Deputy Secretary of the Board, Mr. JK Aggarwal and under the leadership of Nodal Officer, Mr. Pradeep Sahu. Many interesting questions were also asked by the students in the helpline.
