Today, along with the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the workers who ate sacks told that this is a memorable day in their lives. The head of the state has made this day memorable by giving respect to labor and workers. Mr. Tulsiram Sinha, a laborer who came to participate in Bore Basi Tihar, said that sacks are an integral part of life and the life of a laborer cannot be imagined without it. He said that the labour-friendly Chief Minister made this day special and gave global recognition to Bore-Basi. Sacks are no longer the food of laborers only, but now people of all classes eat it with great gusto. The world has come to know its nutritional properties.
Similarly, laborer Mrs. Santoshi Pal also enjoyed sacking with the head of the state. He told that gunny bags are very economical in all respects as well as very nutritious food for the laborers. Soak it overnight and it is ready in the morning. The laborer has to go to work early in the morning, in such a situation, stale is a good option, which is made with little effort. It is not heavy on the laborer’s pocket as well and it can be easily eaten with pickle, chutney.
Laborer Mr. Parmeshwar Sinha, who reached Bore-Basi Tihar, said that Chhattisgarhi culture of the state has found its real pride under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. Bore-Basi Tihar on the occasion of Labor Day is also a symbol of Chhattisgarhi culture. He said that all of us laborers are happy. A laborer can easily understand the importance of sacks. Along with keeping the body cool, it removes dehydration and the effect on health is very positive.
