Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has greeted the people of the state on the birth anniversary of Lord Parshuram, the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, the Guru of Arms. In his greeting message, the Chief Minister has said that Lord Parshuram is considered a symbol of might. He is also known for protesting against injustice and for the work done for the welfare of mankind.
