Clerical employees who have completed three years of regular service in government departments can submit applications for accounting training from May 01 to May 31, 2023. The application can be submitted in the prescribed form at Government Accounts Training School, Nagar Ghadi Chowk, Raipur during office hours. Applications received before and after the due date will not be considered. Notarized affidavit must be submitted along with the application form. The upcoming accounting training session will be conducted from July to October 2023.
According to the information received from Principal Government Accounts Training School Raipur, applications will be accepted only on the registered standard application form issued from Government Accounts Training School Raipur between 19 April 2023 to 31 May 2023. Pre-existing and photocopied applications will not be accepted. The list of ineligible applications of the previous session has been pasted in the office, which will be required to apply again for admission. According to Treasury Accounts Pension Directorate, only those stenographers of Secretariat, Forest Department who work as camp clerks and stenographers of other departments except stenographer of Treasury Accounts Pension are not eligible for admission. Apart from other necessary relevant documents along with the application form, certificates related to completion of Covid vaccination and booster dose will also have to be attached.
