Convocation Parade Ceremony
Convocation is an important moment in the life of a police officer, training is a continuous process, every day you have learned something new while training in this academy. You have chosen the police department to serve, it is commendable.
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said these things today during the convocation ceremony of the twelfth batch of DSPs undergoing training at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose State Police Academy. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel gave best wishes to the police officers passing out from the academy after training and expressed confidence that they will perform their duties with devotion and honesty.  

Convocation Parade Ceremony
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel attended the convocation ceremony of trainee Deputy Superintendents of Police at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Police Academy, Chandkhuri today. 25 trainee Deputy Superintendents of Police of twelfth batch took part in the passing out parade at Chandkhuri. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel attended the convocation ceremony at 9.00 am on Tuesday and took the salute of the parade. After the salute, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel inspected the parade. Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu, Urban Development Minister Dr. Shiv Kumar Dahria and Director General of Police of Chhattisgarh Mr. Ashok Juneja along with all senior police officers also participated in the convocation parade ceremony. After the march past of the parade, Director, Police Academy Shri Rattan Lal Dangi delivered the welcome address and read out the report on the occasion.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said that our state is progressing continuously, good signals have started coming from the Naxalite violence affected areas of the state and all this has been possible due to the functioning and promptness of the police department. The positive situation created by the officers of the department with their hard work, dedication and dedication, the new officers have to take it further and live up to the expectations of the society. 

 The Chief Minister said that the police should have an attitude of full harmony and solution. The youth join the police force not only for livelihood, but with the feeling of repaying the debt of their soil. When police officers and employees perform their duties with the spirit of sacrificing everything, then only we can stay safe in our homes.

Mr. Baghel said that being aware of innovation, police officers should be ready to adopt new techniques and try to connect the society with them through innovation. Police officers and employees have to work in odd conditions. The state government is constantly making efforts to provide facilities and security to their families. Officers should always keep in mind the provisions of the Police Code of Conduct while discharging their duties and try to implement them.

 On the occasion of the convocation, State Home Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, our state is continuously moving forward and we are on the path of progress. Addressing the new police officers, he said that this occasion awakens enthusiasm in everyone’s mind and after getting convocation today, these officers have become capable enough to accept the challenges. Mr. Sahu congratulated the trainee officers for choosing the police department to provide their services. 

Mr. Sahu said that our state is progressing continuously and due to the hard work of police officers and employees, a positive atmosphere has now been created even in the areas affected by Naxalite violence.
