Municipal Corporation will make 500 seater BPO at a cost of ten crore rupees. center

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel performed Bhumi Pujan for setting up 500 seater BPO center in Raipur city today. This BPO center will start on the fifth floor of the multilevel parking in front of the Collectorate at a cost of about Rs 10 crore.
After laying the foundation stone, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that this B.P.O. With the establishment of the center, new avenues of employment will open up for the youth of Raipur through advanced and modern facilities. Jobs in multinational big companies through BPO will bring self-reliance among the youth. The Chief Minister said that this B.P.O. Through this, youth will be able to join outsourcing business like call center customer support, sales and marketing, data entry, technical support, chat support, bank and front office work, social media handling, data analysis.
Mr. Baghel said that in this era of information revolution, Raipur has such modern B.P.O. The need of the center was being felt, where unemployed youths who are getting college education at low cost while working, get proper opportunity to enhance their skills by connecting with the whole world. Recalling the circumstances during the Corona pandemic, he said that even during the Corona period, the need for such BPO based hi-tech call centers was being felt in the city to deliver messages to every household. Now with the formation of this BPO, many public facilities will be started in Raipur city as well, from which people will get quick benefits.
It is noteworthy that due to non-availability of such call centers in Raipur, the youth here had to go to other metros like Indore, Bangalore and seek employment opportunities. Due to limited resources in the era of competition, the youth here used to be deprived of employment. Now with the opening of BPO center in Raipur, such youth will get new employment opportunities. Participation of local youth in employment and development will also increase by connecting with big companies and commercial service institutions of India and abroad through the center. Along with this, communication skills of the youth will also increase due to contact in various companies using new technologies, which will open new avenues of development.
