Raipur: Chief Minister will gift development works worth 129 crores to Bastar

Bhumi Pujan will be done for various works including light and sound show, 7 tap-water scheme in Chitrakot Falls

12 roads built at a cost of Rs 61 crore 61 lakh will be inaugurated

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will dedicate 49 development works worth Rs. 129 crore during his stay in Bastar district on April 13. In which 15 development works worth 62 crore 29 lakh 47 thousand will be inaugurated and 34 development works worth more than 66 crore 70 lakh will be done.

In the program organized at Lalbagh Parade Ground of District Headquarters Jagdalpur, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will also perform Bhumi Pujan of light and sound show at Chitrakote Falls. An amount of Rs 9 crore has been approved for the light and sound show. Chief Minister will inaugurate 15 new works, mainly 12 new roads at various places in Bastar district at a cost of Rs 61 crore 61 lakh and slab culvert from Bamanpara to Randhariraspara and Rs 26 lakh at Sargipal and Sonarpal, a paddy procurement center near the district headquarters. Godown cum platform of 500 MT capacity at a cost of Rs.  

    The Chief Minister will do Bhumi Pujan of 34 new works, in which construction of bridge-culvert on the road from Dhanpunji to Tikripadar Tiriya (Jagdalpur), Barda to Belputi (Bakawand), Ganupar-Jatanpal-Gutiguda Para (Bastar) at a cost of Rs 12 crore 44 lakh, Rs 18 crore 6 roads at a cost of Rs 51 lakh, 16 additional rooms in Jagdalpur, Karpavand, Lohandiguda, Bastanar, Bastar, Tokapal, Darbha hostels and community hall in Nagar Panchayat Bastar, Karandola, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee ward at a cost of Rs 87 crore 70 lakh. Groundbreaking is included.
        Similarly, Scheduled Tribe Girls Sports Complex building in Sambhanpuri, Bhumi Pujan of Lift Irrigation Scheme in Lohandiguda, Takraguda and Usibeda and Dhuragaon Baraji at a cost of Rs 1 crore 58 lakh. Apart from this, Bade Badam, Chhote Badam, Shashankachora, Atpahari Semra, Bastanar Badekilepal-01, 02 and 03, and retrofitting tap water supply scheme in Manganpur, in the city ground of Jagdalpur, at a cost of Rs 15 crore 40 lakh. There will be Bhumi Pujan of boundary wall grill and sumpwell construction work.
