According to the announcement of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the Socio Economic Survey 2023 has started in Chhattisgarh from April 1, 2023. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel today flagged off the survey team from his residence office premises in the capital Raipur. The survey work will run from April 01 to April 30, 2023 across the state.
Enumerator teams are knocking door to door with mobile phones in all the districts of the state today. Through the mobile application, the parties have started the work of data collection related to the survey. On the first day of the survey, the Collectors of all the districts discussed with the enumerator teams, gave them necessary guidelines regarding the survey and also resolved their doubts. No family is left out in the survey and everyone can participate in it, for this, oil paint is being written on the houses in bold letters so that it does not fade away quickly. Apart from the form, entry is being made in the register by taking photographs with the head of the family in front of the house. Local people’s representatives and officers and employees along with the enumeration teams encouraged people to participate in the survey.
During the survey, along with the numbering of houses and online and offline entry of information in the portal, the parties asked the people about the information of the head of the family, educational qualification, Prime Minister’s residence, farmer’s registration number of paddy sale, Aadhaar number, list of family in ration card. Took information about NREGA job card, family land, family annual income, irrigation means, vehicles and other materials, houses, kutcha or pucca houses, how many family members received skill training, mobile number, Ujjwala gas connection. During the survey, information about employment such as agricultural work, self-employment, government job, private job, wages, unemployment was entered in the mobile application.
The purpose of the survey is to use the data obtained by assessing the impact of government’s public welfare schemes on the standard of living of common people in the past years for better implementation of schemes and formulation of new schemes. Beneficiaries who were deprived of various schemes from the survey will now also be able to join the new list and they will be able to take advantage of various public welfare schemes of the government according to their eligibility.
Mungeli Collector himself entered the information of two villagers in the portal
In Mungeli district, Collector Mr. Rahul Dev inspected the socio-economic survey work in village Chatarkhar of development block Mungeli. During this, he observed the prescribed form for the survey and himself entered the information of two people in the prescribed form through the portal. The collector instructed the enumerator teams to fill all the necessary information required for the socio-economic survey in the form without error.
In Kanker district, 736 enumerator teams and 180 supervisors are engaged in survey work in total 454 gram panchayats. Collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla and Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mr. Sumit Agarwal inspected the survey being conducted in Korram Para, Dhodrapahar and Khadarwahi villages of Gram Panchayat Amoda of Janpad Panchayat Narharpur.
Collector Mr. Vijay Dayaram in Balrampur district. And Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat Smt. Rena Jameel gave necessary guidelines to the officers and employees engaged in the work of socio-economic survey to conduct error-free survey. He reviewed the works of socio-economic survey by reaching villages Bhanaura, Dahejwar, Jabar, Pachawal and Maharajganj of Balrampur development block, during which he discussed with the enumerator teams and observed the form prescribed for the survey.
Collector Dr. Fariha Alam Siddiqui in Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district observed the ongoing survey in village panchayat Budeli and Khichri of Sarangarh and Barmakela development block. The collector inquired about the operation of the survey app and the work of filling offline information from the employees involved in the survey team.
MLA in Gorela-Pendra-Marwahi district Dr. K.K. Of. Dhruv inaugurated the socio-economic survey in Gram Panchayat Kumhari. District President Marwahi Mr. Pratap Singh Marabi, Mr. Manoj Gupta and dignitaries were present on this occasion. In the presence of Collector Mrs. Priyanka Rishi Mahobia, the survey work started from the house of Sarpanch Mrs. Gajbhanu in Gram Panchayat Semra of Gaurela development block.
In Korba district Collector Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Jha, along with SDM and District CEO, himself saw the survey work in the field and directed the enumerators conducting the survey that no family should be left out and everyone should be included in the survey.
In Jashpur district, under the guidance of Collector Dr. Ravi Mittal, the enumerator team is conducting survey work by going to every village of all the development blocks of the district. The team is conducting survey work in Gamharia of Jashpur development block, Budhadand of Gholenge Bagicha development block, Karadari of Manora development block, Nariyardand of Sahaspur Kansabel development block of Farsabahar development block and other places.
944 enumeration teams have been constituted for survey in 549 panchayats of Raigarh district. 124 supervisors have been appointed to monitor the work. Collector Mr. Taran Prakash Sinha reviewed the survey work, during this CEO District Panchayat Mr. Abinash Mishra was also with him.
In district Balodabazar , under the guidance of Collector Rajat Bansal, survey work is being done by visiting villages of all the development blocks of the district by visiting the survey team. During this, public representatives encouraged the administration by participating in the survey. He has given necessary instructions regarding the responsibility of ward panches for the survey, numbering of houses, survey process, mobile app, online entry in the portal and manual entry.
In Mahasamund district, MLA and Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Vinod Sevenlal Chandrakar, MLA Mr. Dwarkadhish Yadav, Mr. Kismat Lal Nand and MLA Basna Mr. Devendra Bahadur Singh inaugurated Chhattisgarh Social, Economic Survey-2023 work in their respective rural areas. He flagged off the survey team. In Mahasamund’s village Kharora and Pithora’s Chharrabhatha program, Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Shri S. District CEO and villagers were present along with Alok. In 551 gram panchayats of the district, 135 supervisors and 1476 enumerators are working for the survey.
In Surajpur district, Collector Ms. Iffat Ara and Chief Executive Officer Ms. Leena Kosam inspected the survey works being done in various gram panchayats of the district including Khopa, Shivprasadnagar and Bhavrahi, Gram Panchayats of development block Bhaiyathan. The duty of 110 supervisors and 500 enumerators has been imposed in the district.
Collector Mr. Vinay Kumar Langeh, CEO District Panchayat Mrs. Namrata Jain, who went on Sonhat tour in Koriya district today, met the survey team at remote village Goyani of Sonhat development block and inquired about the survey.
Collector Mr. Kuldeep Sharma in Balod district inspected the survey work by visiting different villages of different development blocks of the district. He inspected village Danitola of Daundi development block, village Ganji and Jatadah of Dondilohara development block, village Jungera of Balod development block, village Kongni of Gundardehi development block.
In Bilaspur district, Collector Saurabh Kumar visited Ved Parsada and Lawar villages of Masturi block and inspected the survey work. He appealed to the villagers to provide correct information about the questions asked by the survey teams. The information collected in the survey will be used in the preparation of future development work and plans.
Collector Mr. Padum Singh Elma in Bemetara district inspected the survey work being done in Amora, Bijabhat and Jewri villages of the district. For the Socio-Economic Survey 2023 in the district, 145 supervisors, 1021 enumeration teams have been formed in 694 villages of 429 gram panchayats of four district panchayats. For whose inspection, coordination and supervision, a total of 22 district level supervisors and 49 cluster coordinators have been appointed.
Collector Janmejay Mahobe inspected the socio-economic survey work in Kawardha district. Door-to-door survey work is being done by the team in all the 468 gram panchayats of the district.
Collector Shri Rituraj Raghuvanshi inspected the villages of Dhamtari, Kurud, Magarlod and Nagri development block in Dhamtari district. A total of 126 supervisors and 1000 enumerators have been appointed for 370 gram panchayats in the district.
In Rajnandgaon district, Collector Mr. Doman Singh inspected the Socio-Economic Survey 2023 work being done in Village Tilai, Uparwah and Gopalpur. During the inspection, he discussed with the enumerator teams and observed the prescribed forms for the survey and instructed the enumerators to conduct an error-free survey with full seriousness.
In Durg district, 65 supervisors have been appointed under Durg, Dhamdha and Patan respectively. In this sequence, 186, 162 and 194 enumerators have been appointed in Durg, Dhamdha and Patan districts respectively. These enumerators will survey at 18 points gram panchayat wise. Regarding the survey, the training of supervisors has already been done at the district level and the training of enumerators at the district level.
In Sakti district, Collector Nupur Rashi Panna has instructed the enumerator teams to conduct an error-free survey. Teams of 84 supervisors and 536 enumerator teams have been constituted in the district.
In Janjgir-Champa district, Collector Sushri Richa Prakash Chowdhary reviewed the survey work of enumerator teams. He told the team that no eligible family should be left out of the survey.
In Mohla-Manpur -Ambagadchowki district, 29 supervisors and 219 enumerator teams consisting of 438 members have been formed for all 185 gram panchayats of the district under the guidance of Collector Mr. S. Jayawardhan. Two member teams have been formed for each gram panchayat. Including a female employee.
