Raipur. The service of the judge posted in Chhattisgarh has been terminated. The High Court had recommended the removal of the judge. On the basis of which the Principal Secretary Law and Legislative Affairs Department has issued the order.
Please tell that Ganesh Ram Burman was a member of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service. Presently his posting was in Jashpur on the post of District and Sessions Judge FTC. After examining the period of service, the High Court recommended the termination of their service to the Law and Legislative Affairs Department of the state government.
