Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel today inaugurated the ‘Legal Awareness Training Camp cum Workshop’ organized by the Chhattisgarh State Women’s Commission at Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium in capital Raipur. Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Anila Bhendia, Chairperson of Chhattisgarh State Commission for Women Dr. Kiranmayi Nayak and Chairperson of Chhattisgarh Child Protection Commission Smt. The Chief Minister said that it is necessary for women to be financially capable. For this, the government is implementing new schemes. MNREGA works were started along with distribution of rice to give relief to the people during the Corona period. An action plan has been prepared through the group to make people financially capable. Today, women are becoming financially self-sufficient by producing vermicompost, paint and green vegetables in Gothans. Similarly, RIPA is being established to provide employment opportunities to the rural youth. This will encourage new works along with traditional works. Legal knowledge is necessary for the society to move forward and step by step with the modern times.

In order to make people aware, apart from short films, divisional level training is also being given through subject experts.
