Raipur: Socio-economic survey of rural families will start in Chhattisgarh from April 1

On the instructions of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, the social and economic survey of rural families will start in Chhattisgarh from April 1, 2023. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has instructed the Chief Secretary to immediately start the preparation for the survey through the Panchayat and Rural Development Department. He directed to present the action plan for the survey by March 20, 2023, preparing for the formation of survey teams, necessary training, names of beneficiary-oriented schemes included in the survey, format of the survey form and information obtained during the survey, uploading photographs online. Is. 
In the survey, information will be collected about the effects on the economic-social life of rural families due to the implementation of various development and beneficiary-oriented schemes of the Central and State Government during the last 12 years. This will help in the formulation of future plans and policies and will help in providing benefits of government schemes to the identified eligible families. 
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel had announced in the Vidhansabha that there is no census in the country since the year 2011 and the survey will be conducted in Chhattisgarh, which is going to start from April 1, 2023.
