- A new scheme will be started to give unemployment allowance to the educated unemployed.
- Unemployment allowance of Rs 2500 per month will be given for two years.
- Increase in the honorarium of Anganwadi workers. Rs 10,000 will be given per month
- Increase in the honorarium of cooks under mid-day meal, 1800
- Announcement to make 2 thousand rupees being given to village Patel to 3 thousand
- Increase in the honorarium of home guards who cooperate in state festivals, objections and calamities
- Chief Minister’s marriage assistance amount has been increased from Rs 25 thousand to Rs 50 thousand
- RIPA will also be established in urban areas
- 101 Naveen Swami Atmanand English medium schools will be opened
- Light Metro from Nawa Raipur to Durg.
- New Medical Colleges at Manendragarh, Janjgir-Champa and Kabirdham.
- Center of Excellence will be established in Nava Raipur for demonstration of horticulture experiments.
- Establishment of Deputy Director Agriculture Office in 5 new districts.
- Provision for Shas Seed Processing Center at Dhamdha.
- Provision for State Veterinary at Veterinary Datrenga Raipur.
- New Medical Colleges at Manendragarh Janjgir Kawardha and Geedam
