Raipur-based Devendra Nagar, Narayana Hospital gets recognition of DNB Medicine from the National Board of Examinations

Raipur.  Narayana Hospital located in Devendra Nagar, Raipur has got recognition from National Board of Examination, New Delhi for 2 seats in DNB Medicine course. In this, candidates will get admission from this session. Managing Director of the hospital, Dr. Sunil Khemka told that it is equivalent to MD Medicine course of Medical College, in which MBBS passed candidate will have to first appear in NEET PG entrance exam. After that the candidate will get admission through the centralized counseling organized by the Medical Counseling Committee. Dr. Satish Jyoti is the Head of the Department of DNB Medicine at the hospital, Atul Singhania is the Course Coordinator for all DNB courses at the hospital.Dr. Khemka further informed that DNB in Orthopedics at PG level and DRNB courses in Critical Care Medicine at super specialty level are already being run in the hospital. Along with this, Masters in Emergency Medicine course in Emergency Medicine recognized by Society of Emergency Medicine India (CEM) is also conducted. Nursing college is also operated by the name of Sree Narayana Nursing Institute affiliated to Sree Narayana Hospital where B.Sc. Nursing course is going on now. The College of Nursing has also applied for conducting Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course. Dr. Khemka said that Shree Narayana Hospital is playing its leading role in providing medical education along with medical facilities.
