Governor Mr. Vishwabhushan Harichandan has sent best wishes to Chhattisgarh’s senior writer and eminent contemporary Hindi litterateur Mr. Vinod Kumar Shukla on the announcement of the prestigious PEN/Nabokov Award. In his message, the Governor said that Mr. Shukla is the pride of Chhattisgarh and many of his works have been rewarded.
Among the major works of Shri Shukla, ‘A window lived in the wall’, ‘Servant’s shirt’, ‘Khilega to dekhenge’, etc. are remarkable.
