In Chhattisgarh, a helpline has been started by the Board of Secondary Education to solve the problems of the examinees in the higher secondary and high school examinations starting from March 01. Through this helpline, examinees, parents and teachers are getting solutions to their problems regarding the examination.
Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education Secretary Prof. VK As per Goyal’s instructions, students, parents and teachers are continuously raising their problems on the helpline’s toll free number 18002334363 from 10 am to 5.30 pm. Which is being resolved quickly by the board. The helpline is being operated except on government holidays and Sundays. Many types of questions are being asked by the examinees before the commencement of the examination. Today, 146 phone calls were received on the helpline toll free number under problem solving.
The officials of the Board of Secondary Education informed that 2408 examination centers have been set up for higher secondary and high school examinations. About 3 lakh 28 thousand candidates are appearing in class 12th examination and 3 lakh 38 thousand candidates are appearing in class 10th examination. Class 12th exam is being conducted from March 01 to March 31 and class 10th exam is being conducted from March 2 to March 24.
Today in the first shift Mrs. Meera Verma, Mrs. Ragini Awasthi and in the second shift Mrs. Kusum Tripathi, Dr. Leela Sahu solved the problems before the examination in the helpline. Along with this, Deputy Secretary of the Board Mr. J.K. Aggarwal, Nodal Officer Dr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu and Assistant Professor Mrs. Preeti Shukla, Mrs. Alka Dani resolved the problems raised by the students. The solution and management of the problems related to the subject were achieved by the students.
