On the toll free number 18002334363 of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, students, parents and teachers are reporting their problems continuously in two shifts every day from 10 am to 5 pm, except on Sundays and government holidays. Which is being resolved quickly by the board. Under problem solving, 90 phone calls were received on the helpline toll free number on February 22.
In the helpline, on February 22, psychologist Manisha Verma and Mrs. Monika Sahu resolved the related problems. Mrs. Monika Sahu It was advised for the students to wake up early in the morning to study, do pranayam and take some rest in between instead of studying continuously for long hours. Along with this, the Deputy Secretary of the Board Mr. J. Of. Aggarwal, Assistant Professor Mrs. Anita Sondhi, Mrs. Preeti Shukla and Mr. Rajendra Dubey solved the problems asked by the students.
