On the first day on February 21, 80 phone calls were received on the helpline toll-free number of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education for problem solving. In the helpline, the problems of the relatives were solved by psychologist Mrs. Varsha Varvandkar. Along with this, Deputy Secretary of the Board Mr. J.K. Aggarwal and Helpline Coordinator Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sahu, Mrs. Alka Dani, Mrs. Preeti Shukla, Mr. Rajendra Dubey Assistant Professor solved the problems asked by the students.
It is worth mentioning that on the toll-free number 18002334363 of Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education, problems are being reported continuously by students, parents, teachers in two shifts every day from 10 am to 5.30 pm, except on Sundays and government holidays, which Quick solution is being done by the board.
