The G+7 floor circuit house has been constructed at a cost of Rs 24 crore.
The newly constructed Circuit House has 22 rooms, 6 suites including a VVIP suite and a multipurpose hall facility.

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the newly constructed Circuit House in Sector-24 of Nava Raipur today. The Chief Minister, while offering prayers with the law, cut the ribbon and also inspected the newly constructed circuit house.
The newly constructed Circuit House has been constructed in an area of 2 acres at a cost of Rs.24 crores. Apart from the ground floor, 7 floors have been constructed in it.
For the convenience of the guests in Naya Raipur, the Circuit House, an important building of the Government of Chhattisgarh, has been constructed by the Public Works Department. In this, 22 nos air-conditioned rooms, 06 nos suite rooms, 01 nos V.V. V.I.P. Suite room, 01 nos. banquet hall (150 seater), 01 nos. board room (23 seater), 01 nos. meeting room (54 seater), conference hall (12 seater) and dining hall (50 seater) are constructed. Terrace garden is built in all the floors.
Minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu, Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, Minister Mr. Kawasi Lakhma and other public representatives and officials were present on this occasion.
