Raipur: Aakar-2023: Fifteen-day training camp on traditional crafts from February 14

A fifteen-day training camp Aakar 2023 will be organized tomorrow from February 14 to February 28 on various traditional genres for conservation, promotion, awareness and interest in traditional crafts and arts by the Department of Culture. The training camp will be held every day from 04 pm to 07 pm at Mahant Ghasidas Memorial Museum Complex, Civil Line, Raipur.
According to the information received from the officials of the Culture Department, the youth willing for this training can get the training by depositing a registration fee of Rs.100. In this training camp, youth will be given training in painting, Madhubani, Rajwar Bhatti, tattooing, clay art, glass painting, mural art, jute craft, folk dance, bonsai, Gond art, sketching-patchitra. Trainees of Divyang and Orphan Ashram will be exempted from training fee. A training-exhibition of musical instruments will also be organized in this camp.
