Bhumi Pujan will be done for various development works costing Rs 10.99 crore

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will be on a visit to Korea district on 13 February. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will unveil the statue of the state’s first Finance Minister late Dr. Ramchandra Singhdev, popularly known as Korea Kumar, on the occasion of his birth anniversary at district headquarters Baikunthpur.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will reach at 12.30 pm at the helipad of the Mini Stadium located at Ramanuj Higher Secondary School in Baikunthpur and from here he will unveil the statue of Dr. Singhdev installed in the Chowk after reaching Ghadi Chowk. Along with this, the Chief Minister will also perform Bhumi Pujan of Baikunthpur Sarva Adivasi Samaj Community Building costing Rs. 50 lakh, including various development works worth Rs.
After this, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel will pay floral tributes after reaching the tomb of late Dr. Singhdev and will participate in the local program. Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Minister in-charge of Home, Public Works and District Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu, Health Minister Mr. T.S. Singhdeo, Agriculture and Biotechnology, Water Resources Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey, School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, Food Minister Mr. Amarjeet Bhagat, Member of Parliament Mrs. Jyotsna Mahant, Parliamentary Secretary and Baikunthpur MLA Mrs. Ambika Singhdev and local public representatives will participate in the programme.
