Approval of 60 lakh rupees for the construction of social buildings

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel reached Pali in the evening today after meeting people in village Pipariya and Lafa of Pali-Tanakhar assembly constituency. At Pali Rest House, the Chief Minister met heads of various societies and representatives of organizations of Pali-Tanakhar area. People of special backward tribe Birhor Samaj had reached Pali to meet the Chief Minister. After meeting the Chief Minister, the people of Birhor community presented him a cap and said that he was meeting the Chief Minister for the first time. The Chief Minister advised the people of Birhor community to apply for forest rights lease, community building, housing and other facilities in the Gram Panchayat. On this occasion, the Chief Minister approved Rs 20 lakh each for the building of Brahmin Samaj, Gond Samaj and Regional Dadsena Samaj.

Women of Ganga self-help group also came from Nirdhi village to meet Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. The women expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel for the efforts being made to make the women of the group financially capable and self-reliant through Gauthan, Godhan Nyaya Yojana. Women presented sesame laddoos to the Chief Minister on the occasion. Thanking all the women, the Chief Minister wished them a very happy Makar Sankranti. Chief Minister to Dhanwar Samaj, Sahu Samaj, Oraon Samaj, Kurmi Samaj, Marar Patel Samaj, Kanwar Samaj, Manikpuri Panka Samaj, Satnami Samaj, Members of Kumhar Samaj and other communities met the Chief Minister and urged him to give funds for the construction of social buildings. The Chief Minister said that the Chhattisgarh government is providing land at concessional rates for the construction of social buildings. He talked about sanctioning funds for the construction of social buildings after getting the land registered. Nagar Panchayat President Umesh Chandra expressed his desire to see the Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion. The Chief Minister invited Speaker Mr. Chandra along with all his councilors to visit Chief Minister’s residence Raipur. On this occasion, School Education Minister and in-charge of Korba district Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, MLAs Mr. Mohit Ram Kerketta and Mr. Purushottam Kanwar, former MLA Mr. Bodhram Kanwar and other public representatives were present.
