Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel met the beneficiary workers of the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Shram Anna Yojana, run by the Labor Department, at Gandhi Maidan in Raipur on New Year. On this occasion, he announced to increase the one-time financial assistance from Rs. According to the Chief Minister’s announcement, the Labor Department has increased the amount of Chief Minister Shramik Sian Sahayata Yojana by issuing a notification.
They are given a lump sum amount under the Chief Minister Shramik Sian Sahayata Yojana for the purpose of better living before retiring from membership. Under the scheme, the construction worker should be registered in the division for at least the last three years and the minimum age of the construction worker should be 59 years and maximum 60 years. To take advantage of various schemes of the Labor Department, the eligible labor application has been started online on the departmental portal of the Labor Department. Workers can apply through online themselves or through Shramev Jayate mobile and labor office of the concerned district or through any public service center.
