In view of the increasing cases of corona at the global level, the Health Minister gave necessary instructions after taking a meeting of the departmental officers.

Health Minister Shri T.S. In view of the increasing cases of corona infection at the global level, Singhdev gave necessary guidelines by holding a meeting of senior departmental officers today. He asked the officials of the health department to keep alert and improve all the arrangements for the investigation, treatment, prevention and control of corona. He instructed to keep proper arrangements for oxygen kits, vaccines, medicines, consumables etc. along with conducting maximum tests through RTPCR test to confirm it in people with symptoms of Kovid-19.
Along with keeping the department alert, Health Minister Mr. Singhdev has appealed to the people of the state to follow the Covid appropriate behavior as much as possible. Secretary, Health Department, Mr. Prasanna R. In the meeting, as per the instructions of the Government of India, the samples of corona infected were sent for genome sequencing.
He inquired about the availability of RTPCR, TrueNot and antigen kits for testing and the current status of essential medicines and other consumables. He asked all the districts to conduct mock-drills along with informing them about the actual status of ventilators, monitors, ICU and oxygen arrangements.
In the video conferencing meeting chaired by the Health Minister, Director of Health Services Mr. Bhim Singh, Director of National Health Mission Mr. Bhoskar Vilas Sandipan, Food and Drug Controller Mr. K.D. Kunjam, CGMSC Managing Director Shri Chandrakant Verma and other senior officials of the Health Department were also present.
