Face to face with the villagers in the meet-meet program

Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel reached Gram Panchayat Sarsinwa under Bilaigarh Vidhansabha of newly formed Sarangarh-Bilaigarh district today as part of the statewide meet-meet programme. In the program, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel also took information from the villagers about the ground reality of public welfare schemes and programs being run by the government and also directed the officials to resolve it. Here, for the convenience of the general public, the Chief Minister announced to make Sarsinwa a new tehsil and to make Sarsinwa and Pavani Nagar Panchayats.
The Chief Minister has upgraded the Primary Health Center in Sarsinwa to Community Health Center, branch of New District Cooperative Bank in Bilaigarh, increasing the bed capacity of Bilaigarh Community Health Center from 30 beds to 50 beds, including reaching the township in Bilaigarh Nagar Panchayat and reaching the market from the township. Announced the approval of the amount for the construction of the culvert to reach. On this occasion, Minister in-charge of School Education and District Dr. Premsai Singh Tekam, Higher Education Minister Mr. Umesh Patel, Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Chandradev Prasad Rai, A.J. Local people’s representatives and a large number of villagers were present along with the Vice President of the Development Authority and Sarangarh MLA North Jangde.

In the meet-meet programme, Komal Prasad Sahu, a farmer of Dhobni village told the Chief Minister that his loan of Rs one lakh 10 thousand has been waived off. He has so far received three installments under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. He told that he cultivates brinjal using organic method. One year’s brinjal cultivation gives the same profit as paddy cultivation for five years. Last year, there has been a profit of Rs 5 lakh from brinjal cultivation. Organic farming has increased the fertility of the land. Pramila Yadav told that she is getting good income by joining the self-help group. He vermicompost, fish farming, poultry farming, duck farming, Doing income generating activities like Kadaknath rearing. So far he has earned more than 45 thousand rupees from this. On the demand of Sudarshan Das, a resident of Kaitha, the Collector was instructed to get him work under MNREGA and Gauthan, and to give funds under the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Agricultural Laborers Justice Scheme and to treat his illness. In the program, Chetan Bai Mahilang said that his loan of one lakh 56 thousand has been waived. In the program, the Chief Minister gave approval to Naresh Kumar to give an assistance of Rs. 2 lakh for opening a salon.
Chief Minister narrated the experience
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel while sharing the experience of meeting at the beginning of the program said that a 40-year-old woman had brought a cart during the meeting. He said that Chhattisgarh’s Olympic vehicle came first in the competition. He said that with the Chhattisgarh Olympics, now women are also able to play the games they used to play in their childhood. He distributed assistive devices to the Divyangjans in the programme. In these, tricycles were distributed to 8 Divyangjans of Bilaigarh and Bhatgaon and Baisakhi to 2 Divyangjans and caste certificates were also distributed to school children.
Chief Minister had food at Ramnami family’s place
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel tasted Chhattisgarhi traditional food with the people of Ramnami community at Mr. Netraj Kurre’s house in Sarsiwan village. They were served rice, kheer, roti, lal bhaji, tivra bhaji, bitter gourd bhaji, brinjal, peas, potatoes, semi, cauliflower mix, spinach, potato vegetable dal, and grinded tomato chutney in the food. The Chief Minister thanked the family members of Mr. Kurre for the delicious food.
