Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel

I have seen that Sonkar community is settled in the villages on the edge of the cities. Talking about Raipur, there were many fields from Sunder Nagar to Lakh Nagar, in which the people of Sonkar community had fenced. If the city was to expand, it was bound to happen that their owners would sell the lands. The thing is how to use this money. It is a matter of happiness that Sonkar Samaj has invested it in education. The place where there was a garden, there are buildings and there is also a school of the society. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said this while appreciating the work done by Sonkar Samaj in the field of education at Sonkar Samaj’s Yuvak-Yuvati Parichay Sammelan held at Kumhari today. He said that the people of Sonkar community got 14 schools built. So much interest in the field of education shows that the society is progressive and understands the value of education in progress. The Chief Minister said that education teaches the real use of property. Only an educated person can spend it in a positive direction and can also strengthen the future.

The Chief Minister also recalled the contribution of Late Smt. Binny Bai Sonkar on the occasion. He said that Raipur’s Nagar Mata Binni Bai devoted her life’s wealth for the welfare of the society. This is a great example of charity. He devoted his entire life’s earnings together for the public interest. You people are fortunate that your society has given such personalities. On this occasion, the Chief Minister praised the charity of Sonkar Samaj. He said that you people are basically people of the community associated with agriculture. At this time, our biggest responsibility is to encourage charity. You all know that burning of stubble causes pollution. In Delhi, there was a great need of oxygen during the Corona period because the lungs of most of the people had become weak due to pollution. I just went to Delhi and saw that due to pollution and fog it was difficult to see nearby things. We have to save our air Soil has to be saved. The nutrients of the soil are also destroyed when the stubble is burnt. All of you donate. The Chief Minister also announced Rs 23 lakh for the building of the society in Kumhari. On this occasion, the president of the society, Mr. Sharda Prasad Sonkar, the president of Kumhari municipality, Mr. Rajeshwar Sonkar and many office bearers of the society were present.
