Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel paid homage to Guru Nanak Dev ji by paying floral tributes to him on his birth anniversary at his residence office here today. Agriculture Minister Shri Ravindra Choubey and School Education Minister Dr. Premsai Singh were also present on this occasion. He extended greetings and best wishes to the people of the state, especially the people of the Sikh community, on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti. Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that the birth anniversary of the first Guru Nanak Dev Ji of Sikhism is celebrated with gaiety in the form of Guru Parab and Prakash Parv. A unique combination of Guruvani, Ardas, Kirtan, Langar, and service is seen on this day in Gurudwaras across the country. Guru Nanak ji has given the message of love, unity, equality and brotherhood to the world. His teachings are relevant even today and inspire people to live a life of service with love and harmony.
