Gives opportunity to sportspersons to show talent in human life: Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria

Block level Chhattisgarhia Olympics was organized on Sunday in village Gullu of Arang block. In which State’s Urban Administration, Development and Labor Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahria attended as the chief guest. Addressing the block level program of Chhattisgarhia Olympics, Minister Dr. Dahria said that sports are very important in the life of human beings. By playing sports, both body and mind remain healthy and energy is transmitted. Along with this, talented players also get an opportunity to show their talent through sports. Players get respect through sports. Therefore, children should be introduced to different types of shells from childhood, as well as efforts should be made to generate interest in them towards the game.
With this objective, the Bhupesh government of the state has started Chhattisgarhia Olympics in the entire Chhattisgarh from village level, so that the talented sportspersons of the village can get an opportunity to show their talent at the state and country level. Encouraging all the players participating in the competition, Minister Dr. Shivkumar Dahriya also called upon them to participate enthusiastically in every game.
It is noteworthy that Chhattisgarhia Olympic Khel Mahakumbh is being organized across the state by the Government of Chhattisgarh. Starting from the Gram Panchayat level, this game will be played till the state level, in which 14 types of sports are being organized for women and men up to the age of 18 years. Similarly, 14 types of sports are being organized for women and men in the age group of 18 to 40. After successful organization of Chhattisgarhia Olympic Games at Gram Panchayat level, winning players of Gram Panchayat level got an opportunity to play at the zone level and the winning players at the zone level have been selected to play at the block level.
Khileshwar Devangan President Janpad Panchayat Arang, Block Congress President Komal Singh Sahu, Keshari Mohan Sahu, Durga Rai, Tara Dhidhi Sarpanch, Bharti Chandrakar, Yadram Sahu, Dinesh Thakur, Rahul Kurre, Shiv Sahu, Nandu Sahu, Education Department were prominently in the program. And officials of the Panchayat Department, including sports participants and villagers were present.
