Exhibition of various departments will be held in Chhattisgarh Pavilion in New Delhi

India International Trade Fair is being organized by India Trend Promotion Organization from 14th to 27th November at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Chhattisgarh pavilion will be made in the fair. Information and achievements related to various schemes and entrepreneurship of the Department of Village Industries, Forest, Agriculture, Tourism, Education Department, information related to industry, entrepreneurship, data related to industry, entrepreneurship, especially for all-round development in Chhattisgarh Pavilion and Chhattisgarh Best Clean state will be demonstrated.
In this regard, Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain reviewed the preparations in a meeting of officers of various departments at Mantralaya (Mahanadi Bhawan) here today. It was informed in the meeting that the theme of this year’s India International Trade Fair is “Vocal for Local, Local to Global”. Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Limited has been made the nodal agency to participate in this event on behalf of the state of Chhattisgarh.
     The Chief Secretary has fixed the responsibility of various departments in the exhibition to be organized by the departments of the state government in the Chhattisgarh Pavilion under the India International Trade Fair. According to this, incentive schemes in the field of agriculture, horticulture, food processing will be demonstrated by the Agriculture Department. In this, information related to specific products of paddy and promotion of agricultural products like Kodo, Kutki, Ragi etc. will be displayed. Along with this, Narva, Garwa, Ghurwa, Bari, Mahatma Gandhi Rural Industrial Park and Godhan Nyay Yojana and Gauthans will be exhibited. The progress of work related to sale and sale of products of Minor Forest Produce Association Sanjeevani and purchase of forest products at support price will be demonstrated by the Forest Department.
Through the Chhattisgarh Handloom Weavers Cooperative Federation and Shabari Emporium, the Village Industries Department will display and sell the products on the stall and sell and sell Bell Metal, Rat etc. Information about the facilities and scheme of Atmanand Schools will be given by the Education Department. The Culture Department will be responsible for all the proceedings of the State Day in the Chhattisgarh Pavilion, such as organizing cultural programs, inviting special guests and distributing invitation cards, etc. Information about tourist places related to the state will be displayed by the tourism board. Commerce and Industry Department will display information about the work and plans done in the field of entrepreneurship, manufacturing, information about entrepreneurship, information about plan, investment and MoU and progress executed in relation to ethanol.
The Chief Secretary has directed the departmental officers to appoint nodal officers for their respective departments at the earliest. In this meeting organized through video conference, PCCF Mr. Sanjay Shukla, Principal Secretary, Village Industries Department, Dr. Alok Shukla, Secretary, Culture and Tourism Department, Mr. Anbalgan P., Special Secretary Commerce and Industry Mr. Himshikhar Gupta, Director Agriculture Mr. Ayaz Tamboli, Managing Director Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Corporation Mr. Saransh Mitter, Secretary Forest Mr. Premkumar, Director Public Relations Mr. Saumil Ranjan Choubey and officers of other departments attended.
