Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel reached the remote and inaccessible Vananchal village Jhalmala of Kawardha Vidhan Sabha during his meeting and meeting program today. Here Shri Baghel prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state by offering prayers at the Shiva temple of Pacharahi. The villagers welcomed the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel by wearing a khumri and the tribal dancer team with traditional folk dance. On this occasion Health Minister Shri T.S. Singhdeo and Forest Minister Mr. Mohammad Akbar Pandariya MLA Mrs. Mamta Chandrakar were also present.

During the meeting, Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel announced several development works in village Jhalmala. He said that a new Gram Panchayat building would be constructed in Jhalmala, construction of boundary wall at high school and Kanya Ashram, construction of CC road from temple to Anganwadi building and from tower to high school building. Along with this he announced the opening of Swami Atmanand Schools in Chilfi , Rengakhar and Podi. Announced the construction of road from Boirkachhra to Gandikhurd, construction of road from Kawardha Podi main road to village Parsaha Gadaghat, construction of high level bridge over the river Fok from Kusumaghata to Boir Kachhra road.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel reached the Government Pre-Matric Scheduled Tribe Boys Hostel in Jhalmala and met the students. The Chief Minister interacted with the children and inquired about their well being and education and various arrangements of the hostel and advised the children to study diligently.

Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel interacted with the general public in Jhalmala to know whether the schemes are reaching them or not. Ghanshyam Sahu, a farmer of Loharidih, told Chief Minister Mr. Baghel that his loan of Rs 1.50 lakh has been waived , from which he has bought a tractor. The Chief Minister congratulated them and said that now the tractors of farmers are not being confiscated due to non-payment of loans. Farmers are getting money they are able to pay their installments on time. Paddy procurement will start in the state from November 01 . There will be adequate arrangement of gunny bags. Farmer brothers will not have to face any problems for gunny bags.

The Chief Minister said that Rural Industrial Parks are being started in Gauthans. Rs 2 crore is being given for basic facilities like working shed approach road , drinking water and electricity in every rural industrial park so that villagers , women and village youth can connect with employment. He asked the youth to take maximum benefit from Ripa. The Chief Minister asked the officials to work for the development of tourism in the area and connect the local youth with tourism employment.

The Chief Minister asked the people that how many people have got their ration cards , to which a large number of people raised their hands and answered yes. Prakash Aggarwal of Chilfi village told that he has earned a profit of 40 thousand rupees by selling cow dung under the Godhan Nyay Yojana. He has 10 cows in his house . This makes good income by selling cow dung. Smt. Indira Dhruve informed that hot food , eggs and nutritious food are being provided in the Anganwadi , due to which the health of her child is continuously improving. On this, the Chief Minister said that we are fighting a battle against malnutrition , so our government has started the Suposhan Abhiyan.

The Chief Minister asked about the caste certificate, meanwhile a beneficiary said that his caste certificate has not been made on which the Chief Minister, after taking information from the Panchayat Secretary and Tehsildar, asked to tell the situation till the program is over. Villager Gorelal told that I got forest rights recognition letter two years ago now I am cultivating the land. Paddy has been sold in support price after registering. Vedakunwar told that he has sold thousand bundles of tendu leaves which has earned an income of thousand rupees. The Chief Minister said that we have increased the collection rate of tendu leaves to Rs 4,000 per standard sack. 65We are buying different types of forest produce and working on value addition so that more and more people can get employment. He appealed to the
