Food and Civil Supplies Minister Shri Amarjit Bhagat discussed the preparations by taking a departmental meeting today regarding the procurement of paddy for the Kharif marketing year 2022-23. Paddy is to be procured at Minimum Support Price from November 1, 2022. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the government is continuously making a record of purchasing paddy. There is a possibility of increasing the area of paddy procurement this year, for this, full preparations will be kept by the department. Full care will be taken to ensure that the farmers do not face any kind of problem.
