Collector Shri Vijay Dayaram K. took a review meeting of the revenue officers, in the meeting, the Collector gave instructions to expedite the Girdawari work, the Collector said that strict action would be taken against the officer concerned if any irregularities were found in the work of Girdawari. In the meeting, he asked to complete the disputed-disputed conversion, division, demarcation cases registered in the revenue courts within the stipulated time-limit. Collector R.B.C. He said that the work of Girdawari is very important work of the State Government.Therefore, to make this work error-free, the Collector instructed all the sub-divisional officers (revenue) and tehsildars to inspect the girdawari work and complete the girdawari work by 30 September and asked to enter online. The Collector inquired about the registration of each farmer who took other crops in lieu of paddy, he instructed to collect the information of the farmers taking other crops from the Patwaris and give it to the Agriculture Department. The Collector said that diversion work is being done in urban areas for other purposes, whose acreage should not be included in Girdawari. In the meeting, the Collector, while reviewing the pending cases registered in the Additional Collector’s Court, SDM and Tehsil Court, said that instructions were given for early disposal of pending cases. Collector, urban area Balrampur, Instructions were given to Tehsildars to issue advertisements for declaring Nazul land in Rajpur and Vadrafnagar. While reviewing the Forest Rights Patta, he asked to resolve the pending cases of Community Forest Rights Patta, along with this, in the meeting on various important topics including payment of RBC 6-4, Chit fund, map allocation, map renewal, demarcation, etc. was discussed in detail.
