A training-cum-workshop is being organized for real estate promoters from September 23 to 30 at the office of the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA).
Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Registrar Dr. Anupriya Mishra informed that for the project registration of real estate, it has been made mandatory for the promoters to apply online regarding the project. He said that after applying online, the promoters would have to submit the documents in hard copy of the project. He said that the clarification has been issued by making some partial amendments in the Real Estate Project Registration Process (SOP), which is also available on the website of RERA.
Registrar of Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Dr. Anupriya Mishra informed that various information related to registration will be given to the promoters in the training-cum-workshop being organized division-wise regarding the registration of real estate projects. In this training-cum-workshop, the promoters of the respective division will be able to participate in the workshop.
Dr. Anupriya Mishra informed that the workshop was held on 23 and 26 September for the representatives of the promoters of Raipur division, 27 September for Bilaspur division, 28 September for Durg division, 29 September for Surguja division and 30 September for Bastar division. It has been determined. On the scheduled dates, the workshop will be held from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm in the auditorium of Chhattisgarh Real Estate Regulatory Authority office, Raipur.
