Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel reached Malighori in Daundilohara assembly constituency on the second day of meeting program in Balod district today. First of all, Chief Minister Shri Baghel prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the state by offering prayers at Kukurdev temple. From Kukurdev temple, the Chief Minister reached the meeting place after taking a padyatra. During this, at many places, people welcomed their chief by performing aarti with flower garlands and weighing them with Kodo grains. The Chief Minister also reached out to the people and accepted their greetings. On this occasion, Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Anila Bhendia, Higher Education Minister Shri Umesh Patel and many public representatives and citizens were present.
Malighori’s announcements
Chief Minister Shri Baghel made many announcements for the expansion of education, health, social facilities of the general public, besides giving many development works in Malighori. Here he inaugurated the building of Government Polytechnic College Balod. Civil, electrical and mining and mine surveying trade courses will be conducted in the polytechnic. This will provide better opportunities for education to the students of nearby areas. Along with this, the Chief Minister also announced to open Veterinary Hospital in village Malighori and to start the Faculty of Agriculture in Daundilohara Government College. Enlarging the scope of health facilities in the area, he announced that the Community Health Center at Daundilohara would be upgraded to a 50 bedded hospital and a sub-health center would be opened at village Hitpathar. Expanding the school education, the Chief Minister said that Government Pre-Secondary School, Bada Jungera would be upgraded into High School and High School in Village Killekoda and Village Koba would be upgraded to Higher Secondary. Chief Minister said – Work is being done fast to provide facilities to the common man
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel while addressing the villagers said that development works will continue at a fast pace. This year the crop was good. All those facilities are being provided in these schools which should be in a good school. Schools are being renovated to provide better education to the students. The Chief Minister solved the problems of the people immediately
