CHiPS entrusted with responsibility to create portal
Raipur, 22 April 2020. In the near future, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel will be monitoring flagship schemes of the state online on CMO website. Chief Minister has taken this decision to make the monitoring process of these schemes more convenient. This will also make it easier to share information about flagship schemes of Chhattisgarh with common people. Chief Minister has entrusted CHiPS with the responsibility of developing online portal for monitoring of five major flagship schemes of Chhattisgarh. It is known that Chief Minister’s Office regularly monitors the flagship schemes of the state.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has given instructions to monitor Narva-Garva-Ghurva-Bari Yojana, Mukhyamantri Suposhan Yojana, Chief Minister Haat-Bazaar Clinic Scheme, Chief Minister Urban Slum Hospital Scheme, Chief Minister Ward Office Schemes initially through the portal to be created on CMO website. More schemes will be added to online monitoring list as per the requirement. Chief Minister has entrusted CHiPS with the responsibility to create portal for monitoring of all these schemes. All the department secretaries have been directed to nominate a nodal officer for this work from the departments and directorates concerned, and inform CHiPS immediately about the same. Nodal officials should be instructed to provide all the information to CHiPS and help in developing the portal within 10 says. Principal Secretary School Education Department Dr Alok Shukla has been entrusted with the responsibility to support CHiPS in this task, in addition to his current responsibilities. All the departments and CHiPS have been directed to prepare and submit action plan in this regard within three days.
