A happy coincidence of Nuakhai festival in the whole village,

Chief MinisterBhupesh Baghel reached village Loing of Raigad Vidhan Sabha this afternoon as part of the state-wide visit meeting campaign. He prayed for the prosperity of the people of the state by offering prayers at Lord Jagannath Swamy temple here. After visiting the temple, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel took food sitting on the ground with simplicity in his house at the invitation of farmer Mr. Bahadur Sidar. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was accorded a warm welcome by the family members of Mr. Sidar by presenting Shriphal at the main gate of the house. They were also served chhacha laga dip with 6 different types of vegetables consisting of shadras including rice, lentils in the meal. These vegetables include Letha Khatai, Matar Paneer, Big Tomato, Bhindi, Mix veg and makhana bhaji ki sabzi were also included. It is noteworthy that Letha Khatai is a special dish of the Kolta community of the region, it is definitely included in every special festival etc. of the society. Higher Education Minister Shri Umesh Patel and MLA Shri Prakash Nayak were also present on the occasion.
