Women, children and men participated enthusiastically

Rajnandgaon Police organized a foot-sadbhavna march on “Badhaye Ek Kadam Nari Shakti ki Ore” in honor of women regarding women empowerment and awareness in the district headquarter Rajnandgaon today. Women, children and men of the city participated in large numbers in this. About four thousand people gave their participation in the three kilometer long Sadbhavna March organized at 6.30 am today. Maverick Foundation and other organizations also provided active support in organizing the march.
Rajnandgaon MP Shri Santosh Pandey, Khujji MLA Smt. Chhani Sahu, Padma Shri awardee Smt. Phoolbasan Yadav, Child Protection Commission Chairperson Smt. Tejkuvar Netam, Mayor Smt. Hema Deshmukh, Rajnandgaon DIG Shri Ram Gopal Garg, Collector Shri Doman Singh, Superintendent of Police Shri. Prafulla Thakur, ASP Rajnandgaon, Ms. Neha Pandey, Mr. Akash Markam, Ms. Padmashree Tanwar, CSP Mr. Gaurav Rai and DSP Ms. Neha Verma, officers and employees of police and other departments also participated in the march.
