On completion of 75 years of independence of the country, under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence, ‘Hamar Tricolor’ program will be organized in all government, private and aided schools of the state from 20 to 30 August 2022. The Managing Director, Samagra Shiksha has directed all the District Education Officers, Principal Diet and District Mission Coordinator Samagra Shiksha to conduct intensive inspection and wide publicity of the Humar Tricolor program.
The purpose of the program is to develop the spirit of patriotism among the students and the community under the name of ‘Humar Tiranga’ program and to show faith in their constitution. To ensure maximum participation in the school and community by connecting them together or by organizing various programs under the ‘Hamar Tricolor’ program. The real meaning of freedom in modern conditions is to get rid of illiteracy and ignorance and take a pledge to move forward unitedly in the direction of development.
For the successful organization of the Humar Tricolor program, all the state level offices attached to the School Education Department have been asked to inspect the government, private and aided schools in the districts already allotted to the state authorities during this period. In the district, District Education Officer, Principal Diet and District Mission Coordinator should order inspection of government, private and aided schools by allotting various development blocks by the officers of Samagra Shiksha Office and ensure inspection in maximum schools. The concerned officers have been told that during the inspection, the entry of the inspection should be made in the prescribed link.
Gandhi film is to be shown to the students of class 11th and 12th by making a roster every day from August 20 to 30. The list of theaters and their capacity have been sent to the concerned authorities in this regard. In how many centers every day, how many children watched this film, their information should also be ordered from the center itself by filling the link. Share district wise information daily. If you are showing this film through smart classes and projects etc., then its details should also be entered. Make the entry every day on the same day, the opportunity of entry will not be available on the next day.
Concerned officials have been directed that some districts are preparing to show films only in smart classrooms. All theater links and necessary resources have been provided. Therefore, make sure to make a roster and send students according to the capacity in all the theaters to show the film. Forming a team for each theater, contacting them and getting the link from the Culture Department, ensure arrangement of film telecast for 10 days regularly.
Under the ‘Hamar Tricolor’ program, participation should be increased by connecting mothers and children to the fair of education in Angana from August 20 to 30 and ensuring their active role. Be sure to take written consent from the safety related rules and parents to take the film to the show. Facility to show this film should also be provided to private and aided schools.
