National Lok Adalat has been organized on 13th August 2022 in Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur. In this regard, instructions have been given to all the departments to mark the negotiable cases and make their department wise information available in the Advocate General’s office, Bilaspur at the earliest. It has been asked to include such cases, which are obsolete, fruitless, useless, meaningless and negotiable according to law. The pending writ petitions of various departments of Chhattisgarh government (service matters related to salary and allowances, re-examination benefits, land acquisition and compassionate matters) have been earmarked for National Lok Adalat.
