Governor Ms. Anusuiya Uikey has paid tribute to Dr. Khubchand Baghel on his birth anniversary. The Governor has said that Dr. Baghel was the dreamer of the state of Chhattisgarh. His whole life was devoted to the welfare of the society and the farmers. He continued to serve Chhattisgarh by joining farmer-laborer friendly activities. He also made an important contribution to the national movement. His life is exemplary for the society.
