hief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has said that the echo of Chhattisgarh model is in the whole country today. The schemes of Chhattisgarh are becoming a model for the whole country. Jharkhand government has adopted the Godhan Nyay scheme of Chhattisgarh as it is. The governments of Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan are also considering buying cow dung on the lines of Chhattisgarh. Today the farmers of Chhattisgarh are getting the highest price of paddy in the country. Annadata farmer of Chhattisgarh is happy. The Chief Minister expressed his views to this effect while launching the TV-9 Digital Chhattisgarh channel in a program organized at a private hotel in Raipur today.

 The Chief Minister said that in Chhattisgarh, along with the service of Gau Mata, cow rearing and animal husbandry have been linked to the economy. Farming is a profitable business in Chhattisgarh due to farmer-friendly policies. Animal husbandry has got a boost after the introduction of Godhan Nyay Yojana in Chhattisgarh. The number of dairies has increased. Under Godhan Nyay Yojana, cow dung worth Rs 150 crore has been purchased from livestock farmers, villagers, farmers in the last two years. Self-help group women are making vermi compost from the purchased cow dung. 40 percent landless people are selling cow dung and making economic profit. 

Highlighting the work of the Chhattisgarh government, the Chief Minister said that after taking oath as the Chief Minister, we first decided to waive off the loans of the farmers, buy paddy at Rs 2500 per quintal and return the land to the tribals. During the Corona crisis, arrangements were made for lodging, food for the people who came to Chhattisgarh from other states. The work of collection of minor forest produce was done in the forest areas. After interacting with all sections of the society, measures were taken to remove their problems. Along with strengthening the infrastructure of health services, arrangements were made for the treatment of people, oxygen. Input subsidy was paid to the farmers under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. MNREGA works were started following the Kovid guidelines. Industries started in Chhattisgarh first after the lockdown opened. Most of the people got money in their pockets from the schemes of the state government. When the money went to the people, the business also started running. 

The Chief Minister said that we were not behind any government in development work. In the case of roads, we got roads constructed at a cost of Rs 16,000 crore. Referring to Millet Mission, the Chief Minister said that Chhattisgarh is the only state where Kodo-Kutki is being purchased for Rs 3100 a quintal and Ragi for Rs 3,300 a quintal. He said that our effort is to promote the crop where the weather is favorable for that crop. 

The Chief Minister said that the state government was following the path of Mahatma Gandhi. The path of Gandhiji is the path of Gram Swaraj. Oil mill, pulse mill, mini rice mill have been established under Rural Industrial Park at Gauthan in Chhattisgarh. Due to which our self-help sisters are becoming financially empowered. He said that our Ram is the Ram of the poor, Ram of Shabri, Ram of Gandhi. The only temple of Mata Kaushalya in the world is in Chandkhuri, Chhattisgarh, which was first beautified under the Ram Vanagaman circuit. 

Chhattisgarh is the first state which is returning the money of common people investing in chit fund companies. So far, we have returned an amount of Rs 40 crore to the investors. The state government has worked in the interest of all sections including farmers, tribals, labourers, women, youth. On this occasion, Advisory Editor, TV-9 Digital Shri Amitabh Agnihotri, Editor Shri Rahul Agnihotri, Group Editor Shri Deep Upadhyay, CGO TV-9 Shri Raktim Das, Executive Editor Shri Dinesh Gautam and Executive Editor Shri Kartikey Sharma were present on the occasion.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Chhattisgarh
