Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain has instructed the officers of the State Government to ensure speedy implementation of the directions given by Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel in various districts of the state during visits, meeting and various departmental meetings and announcements made by him. The Chief Secretary took a high-level meeting of officials from Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan here today regarding the instructions, progress made on the announcements and the upcoming action plan. Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Subrata Sahu was also present in the meeting. The divisional commissioner and collector of the state participated in the meeting through video conferencing.
Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain has said in the meeting that various schemes under various departments have been kept on top priority by Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel to bring prosperity and prosperity in the state. The Chief Secretary has instructed the officers to ensure that the citizens of the state get the benefits of the schemes, so that they should take prompt action. The Chief Secretary said in the meeting that the collectors should take immediate action at the local level on the announcements and instructions given by the Chief Minister during the meeting in the districts and send proposals for the work that can be done at the state level. The Chief Secretary has directed the Divisional Commissioners to ensure action on the announcements and instructions of the Chief Minister under the action plan in the districts of their respective jurisdictions. For this, they should constantly coordinate with the collectors. So that anemia can be removed in women.
He reviewed in detail the provision of hot food under the Chief Minister’s Nutrition Campaign. In the meeting, directions were given to the key officers of the Finance Department to take all necessary action to open branches of banks to provide banking facilities in remote areas of the state. In the meeting, instructions were given to the officials of the tourism department to take necessary action regarding the availability of budget and funds from various departments to complete all the works of Ram Van Gaman Path. The Chief Secretary also directed the officers to take necessary action regarding the preparation of other herbal materials in place of single-use plastics in Rural Industrial Park of Gauthan. Roadside Gauthano Recurring Grazing Scheme for tree plantation under the Chief Minister’s Tree Plantation Scheme, In order to plant fruit trees around the Food Processing Unit, the officers of the Rural Development Department have been instructed to work in coordination with the officers of the Forest Department. The officials of the Urban Administration Department were instructed to make necessary preparations for the plantation of trees at Krishna Kunj in the cities.
Officials of the Urban Administration Department said that under the department, medicines are being provided to consumers at affordable rates through Dhanwantri Medical Stores in various urban bodies. The Secretary of Urban Administration Department said that crores of consumers have been saved through these stores.
The Secretary of the Urban Administration Department said that he gave detailed information regarding the installation of sewerage treatment plants in the rivers originating from different cities. The Chief Secretary, while reviewing the progress of Swachh Bharat Mission Rural, directed the officers of Panchayat and Rural Development Department to work under the district panchayat wise action plan for slate waste management. The use of DMF amount was discussed in detail in the meeting. Similarly, progress of rice deposit against the target in Food Corporation of India, Geo-referencing work of revenue map, 100 percent reason for out-of-time revenue cases in the portal, Har Ghar Jhanda Abhiyan, government to special backward tribes Extensive discussions were held with the officers regarding the appointment of third and fourth class posts of the service and ban on single use plastic and necessary instructions were given to the officers.
