Acting swiftly on the announcement of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, preparations have been completed for the opening of Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Office at Dhaurpur in Surguja district today.
It is worth mentioning that Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel had announced the opening of SDM office at Dhaurpur on the demand of the residents during the meeting held on May 11 at Sahanpur in Lundra assembly constituency. According to the information received from Collector Surguja Shri Kundan Kumar, the inauguration program of the sub-divisional office of Revenue Dhaurpur will be organized in the chief hospitality of the Panchayat and Rural Development Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Shri TS Singhdev. On this occasion CGMSC President and Lundra MLA Dr. Pritam Ram, Zilla Panchayat Sarguja President Smt. Madhu Singh, District Co-operative Central Bank President Shri Ramdev Ram, District President Shri Ganga Prasad, Vice President Shri Virbhadra Singh, Sarpanch Sugotri Maravi will be present. With the opening of SDM office in Dhaurpur, now people of Lundra-Dhaurpur area will not have to come to Ambikapur 40 km away for revenue and other work.
