The revised administrative approval of Rs 24 crore 77 lakh 36 thousand has been given to Chief Engineer Hasdeo Cachar Bilaspur for the construction of Laripara diversion under Kota development block of Bilaspur district by the Ministry of Water Resources, Government of Chhattisgarh. It is proposed to supply water to 600 hectares in Kharif season from this reservoir.
