Chhattisgarh government has sanctioned Rs.13 crore 81 lakh 34 thousand for various works of various irrigation projects under Balrampur district.
Two crore 30 lakh 53 thousand rupees have been approved for the construction work of Sukhnaiya Nala stop dam of Vadrafnagar in Balrampur-Ramanujganj district. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 120 hectare area. Seven crore 15 lakh eight thousand rupees have been approved for the renovation, renovation and canal expansion work of Girwani Divyavartan Yojna of development block Ramanujganj. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 506 hectare area. Two crore 45 lakh 37 thousand rupees have been approved for the renovation work of Bada Raghunathnagar scheme of development block Vadrafnagar. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 258 hectare area. One crore 90 lakh 36 thousand rupees have been approved for the restoration work of Harigawan reservoir scheme of Vadrafnagar development block. With the completion of the scheme, irrigation facility will be available in 200 hectare area.
