Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel had lunch at the house of farmer Arjun Singh Dewan at village Patratoli in Duldula development block of Jashpur district during the statewide program of his meeting today. In the food, he tasted the local Jackfruit vegetable, Amti Bhaji, Bang Bhaji, Kulthi Dal, Koynar, Sunsuniya Bhaji, Mahua Guda, Munga Bhaji, Sakhi Kanda, Arsa and Aloo Badi, Maduva Haluva and Mahuva Guda. On this occasion, Kunkuri MLA Shri U. D. Minz was also with the Chief Minister.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that the pleasure felt by eating food at the farmer’s house does not come even after eating it in any restaurant. This taste of pure country and Chhattisgarhi food will always be remembered. On arrival home, the members of the house gave a cordial welcome to the Chief Minister in a traditional way.
80-year-old farmer Arjun Singh is very happy to have a meal with the Chief Minister. He said that it
is the good fortune of me and the family that the Chief Minister came to my house today for food. MLA Shri UD Minj was also present during the meal.
After the meal, the Chief Minister also presented gifts to the members of the house.
