Raipur. 13 April  2020.  Dau Kalyan Singh Aggarwal Ji was born on 04/04/1876.People know Dawood Ji as the donor of the DK hospital land, but this introduction is not enough for this great donor.
Today’s AIIMS Hospital is also built on the donated land of Dawood Ji.
In 1944, Dau ji had also given Rs. 1,25,000 / – (about 70 crores in the present census) for the construction of the building along with the land of D’s hospital,
112000 / – (approximately Rs. 62 crore now) for the construction of agricultural college and hostel for poor students with the land of Labhandi.

Donation of entire Khaira Village for the expenses of Raipur Jagannath Temple,
Land in Baronda village for research on agriculture,
Large land for agricultural science in Bhatapara,
Construction of Kalyan Sagar Reservoir at Bhatapara during famine, huge cattle hospital at Bhatapara,
Many great works like construction of library for the poor were done by this Mahadani in Chhattisgarh.

Outside Chhattisgarh too, this saint has made many mahadaan, prominent among which is the cooperation in the construction of Lady Irwin Hospital in Nagpur, the main donation in the construction of the Central Women’s College, the mahadaan in the earthquake of Bihar, and generously donated in the severe flood of Wardha.

Dau Kalyan Singh Aggarwal was many times richer than the big entrepreneurs of today. He had earned revenue of about 70000 / – in 1937. (More than 39 crores in today’s calculations).
Today this Mahadani devoted his money to the service of the poor.
