Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today attended the IAS Conclave organized at a hotel in Naya Raipur. On this occasion, he said that all of you are doing very good work in your respective places. You all have an important role in the implementation of the plans. The Chief Minister said that all schemes are good, but their implementation should also be done well. He said that any work can be done by taking people into confidence, it is very important to win the trust of the people to implement the development plans on the ground. If you work by taking citizens into confidence, good results will come. The people of Chhattisgarh are very simple and simple. They learn very quickly with a little guidance. Each village of Chhattisgarh is a republic in itself. Work with them in confidence, people will support you.

Emphasizing on the rural economy, the Chief Minister said that you should provide all the facilities in the village so that the economy there is strong and employment can be created there. The village should become the center of production and the city the center of sales. Emphasizing on the good marketing of the products manufactured in the state, the Chief Minister gave the example of a saying prevalent in Chhattisgarh that the districts of Boliya were sold, and the gram of Nai Boliya was sold, that is, those who know the art of business, even small items of them. It is sold and those who are ignorant of this art cannot even sell their valuables. Produce so much that can be easily sold.

Referring to Rewan of Arang and Tarighat of Patan area, the Chief Minister said that the history of Chhattisgarh is about 2000 years old. In the past, Chhattisgarh was a big trading center and a strong administrative system was prevalent here. At present, there is a need to carry forward this history and there is a need to carry forward the method of the ancestors.

Addressing the conclave, Chief Secretary Shri Amitabh Jain said that right advice should always be given to the elected representatives by the IAS officers. Elected public representatives have a better understanding of the functioning of the officials. IAS Association Chhattisgarh President Manoj Kumar Pingua said that work with team spirit and use positive energy in the progress of the state. Shri Pingua said that the Chief Minister has come to our conclave today wearing a closed neck coat, which is our dress code, this has boosted the enthusiasm of all of us. He assured the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel on behalf of the association that all of us would continue to work with devotion and dedication in the interest of Chhattisgarh.
